Psychotherapy can support those experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Abuse, Relationship Difficulties, Bereavement, OCD, Life Transitions, addiction and more.  Whatever you are experiencing in your life right now, put yourself first and access support to help you feel better.  Individual Psychotherapy usually takes place on a weekly basis.

Couples Psychotherapy

Accessing Psychotherapy as a couple has numerous benefits on your relationship including, helping you to clarify your feelings about the relationship; helping you to work through difficulties before they worsen;  deepens intimacy and connection; promotes self-awareness and personal growth. Couples Psychotherapy usually takes place on a weekly basis.

Group Psychotherapy

Group Psychotherapy can be beneficial for  anyone wanting to gain support from a therapist and others who may be sharing similar experiences.  Some benefits of Group Psychotherapy include; accessing group support, promotes social skills, groups help to teach you about yourself, supports self-awareness and provides you with a sounding board. Group Psychotherapy usually takes place weekly and can be a lower cost alternative to individual Psychotherapy.
